Started mtb racing in 2010.

Age 25, Design Engineer (Bournemouth University),

Based in Bristol. Works for a defence company specialising in missile decoy systems, from concepts through development including fast jet air trials to final products

Planned races for 2013 - Brass Monkeys Enduro - target top 5 each round and top 3 overall (5^th overall 2012) Gorrick Spring XC Series- target top 5 each round, Gorrick 100 - target top 5. Exposure 12, Erlestoke 6, Bristol Bikefest 6, target top 3 open category Kielder 100 target sub 9 hours.

New for 2013 - in addition to writing on my own racing site I will be contributing to Bicycle Academy, Black Canon and Brightonmtb.org. I will also be offering help to new racers via a separate section on my own website and through the South Downs National Park Forum and Singletrack forum.

Personal Training - To improve my performance for 2013 I have started a new bespoke training program set by a physiologist and sports scientist which includes riding and fitness conditioning, strength training, yoga and nutritional supplements to aid my recovery and muscle growth.
